Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping (within Australia, under 5kg): Flat rate of $10.50
- International Shipping: Currently unavailable.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days (depending on location)

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Lost or Damaged items

International Orders
International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.
